<p> You will drop off that stubborn extra weight, gain the lean muscle mass you need, and get that lean and toned look you always desired. Achieve true core strength: own the abs you have always desired while saving your back!   Build strong posture and help eliminate those aching joints (that terrible low back pain and knee pain) in everyday life to maintain a strong and young appearance.  Do fun cardio without running those extra boring miles and get even better cardiovascular health.  Become flexible, gain mobility, and feel limber and fresh while also preventing injuries (it’s a lot easier and not near as scary as people think). All in all, eliminate all the pains or even ideas of joint pain.  Learn what to eat to get the energy you need, what to eat to own the body you desire, and stay HEALTHY!   Not only do we think it is possible to achieve this seemingly impossible task of: being fit, looking your best, feeling your best, performing at your best, and looking like many of the stars in Hollywood, but we know it is possible in just a few short 20 minute workouts a week.
<p>            Now, I know you are probably extremely skeptical.  You are probably thinking “This exercise program is probably just like all the others that are supposed to be the next big thing” or “How can anyone get that great of results in just a 20 minute workout a few times a week?”  Let me ask you this, how many of those other programs you have heard of with such great promises have had authors who have actually been in your position and have experienced your problems?  I can guarantee you not many.  We know what you are not only going through physically, but most importantly mentally.  The thoughts that make it seem like an impossible feat have also crossed our minds as much as anyone else’s.  Those of you who know what it’s like to be overweight and extremely lost as to what to do next, we know what it’s like, and can solve your problems quickly.  Those of you who want to add muscle, and no matter how many hours and days you spend in the gym every week, you will not gain, whether that is either a little muscle tone, or enough muscle to make you the biggest and strongest person you will ever know, we have a special program for you also.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What is your idea of body transformation? Is it liberation from pain, wellness, a thinner figure, a toned and strong body, or a complete transformation of how you feel about your self?</p>
<p>All of these aspects may be part of transforming your self, and you will find ways (like yoga and physical fitness exercises) that may be instrumental in getting you to a place in which you feel satisfaction and content. </p>
<p>Genuinely, we&#8217;re always transforming – continually changing. The ideal philosophy for this can be to think of your self as already ideal, and moving into a different excellent version of your self. Just practice with accepting the present and easefully moving into the next version of who you are. Of course, it&#8217;s continually an ongoing process, and being consistent with how you take care of yourself is critical.</p>
<p>The following five things are keys to a well balanced life; one where wellness and happiness are cultivated through a variety of means.</p>
<p>five Actions on the Path of Wellbeing:</p>
<p>1. Yoga</p>
<p>The sheer number of ways yoga rewards your entire being is too numerous to really list them all. Physically, yoga nourishes and balances each single system of one&#8217;s physique. What this means is that your circulatory, nervous, endocrine, digestive, reproductive, respiratory, muscular and skeletal systems (and any I haven&#8217;t mentioned) all genuinely like it when you do yoga. Plus your mental and emotional well being are influenced in an incredible way. </p>
<p>One of the elements of yoga that has been studied and praised for its wellbeing rewards is meditation, which does so much to reduce tension, boost focus, and create happiness.</p>
<p>2. Health and fitness</p>
<p>Yes, getting active is essential for transforming your body. Sure, this is pretty obvious, but so manyindividuals struggle with having a constant physical exercise program. It is a very good idea to set yourself a schedule and stick to it, that way you&#8217;re sure you&#8217;re going to get your physical fitness groove on at least three times a week.</p>
<p>If what you want is to truly transform your shape, not just maintain it, you have to step up your effort, working with intensity a minimum of 5 days per week. Do activities that you enjoy, get yourself to the health club, and keep it fresh by adding variety to your routine – but all the while be constant in how frequently you go. Joining a class or boot camp is really a wonderful method to commit to a schedule.</p>
<p>3. Nourishment</p>
<p>The fuel you feed to your body dictates what it looks like, and how intensley you need to work with exercise in order to get the results you want. Eating a diet plan that&#8217;s focused on vegetables, green leafy veggies and fruits, supplemented with other whole foods is key. If you can, stay away from animal protein as much as feasible, using fresh sprouts, legumes, whole grains, nuts, seeds and also the amino acids from vegetables to acquire your protein. (It is not really as hard to get sufficient protein as we&#8217;ve been led to believe on a vegetarian diet, and it is often a LOT more healthy for most people&#8217;s bodies.)</p>
